<p>With more than 17 years experience as a corporate trainer, working with government, private, non-profit and for profit organizations, Jen brings dynamic experiences to every visit.   Her ability to connect with participants allows learning and transfer of skills to occur at a higher level.  Coaches and employees develop a connection with Jen that encourages future growth and development.  Her expertise and diverse background allow her to assess needs and develop a course of action to ensure success and results.</p>
<p>Having worked in the financial sector, juvenile justice field, the psychiatric field, and other government and corporate settings, Jen is uniquely qualified to assist your organization.  She has specialized in the implementation of programs in the areas of communication, team-building, employee motivation and morale, leadership development, performance management, sales and service culture development, train the trainer, conflict resolution, handling irate individuals, mediation, results coaching and much more.</p>
<p>Her unique approach to training combines humor and real world experience that translates into participants that walk away with the knowledge for success regardless of skill level or experience.  Jen is known for generating enthusiasm while holding people accountable to produce lasting results.</p>
<p>Jen is also a nationally recognized mediator that has facilitated workplace conflict resolution programs. She has also served as a private consultant for many non-profit organizations.</p>
<p>Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton.</p>
